One thing i'd like to annotation virtually this chapter is, there'southward no ..err... sound effects(?), Idk what they're called, at all in this chapter.

This would fit with what Tsurumi had said, if i remember correctly, that he can't control himself because his frontal lope was blown to $.25. It was associated with violent trend so, but what if it's also almost sometime he cannot hibernate all his emotions. Exposing the wound and accept him testify his grief is quite plumbing equipment imo.

Since i associate the lack of noise with that it makes the fight in this chapter my favourite fight scene from the final arc. Because this makes the fight emotional without using any flashbacks or words. This is the most emotional chapter from this manga for me.

I just promise the lack of noises was intentional and they will keep it in the vol release, simply that'south just me and information technology'due south not very likely anyway.

this is non my translation. an english translation of the interview was provided in the exhibition guide book, so i scanned & ocr-ed it and am just sharing. besides the interview itself there's ii lengthly comments from 2 different people who worked closely with noda on the manga which i found were an interesting read.

On the Opening of the Exhibition

—I want to congratulate you on the opening of the Gold Kamuy Special Exhibition. Yous were in the eye of illustrating this piece of work when you lent u.s. a broad variety of fine art reference materials for this exhibition, including Sugimoto's war machine cap and Asirpa's makiri. Of the many materials y'all have lent us, is in that location anything that is particularly memorable for you?
